Welcome to ASTLHLO!
The Association of State and Territorial Local Health Liaison Officials (ASTLHLO) is comprised of representatives from
each state and territory having the responsibility of overseeing and providing support to local health agencies.
While the relationship between the state and territorial health departments and their local health agencies varies considerably,
our goal is to strenghten those relationships and to promote, support and improve overall local health infrastructure and
performance.
